That works right up until it does not. Google Calendar cannot tell you whether a date is confirmed or still provisional, and WhatsApp cannot tell you who has actually said yes to Saturday. VendorPad keeps the Google Calendar sync, so bookings still show up where you look, and adds the bits a calendar cannot do: a status on every booking, a clash warning, who is working it, and whether the deposit is in.
Neither do we. Nobody is building shift patterns here. You put a name on a gig, they see it when they log in, they clock in and out on their phone, and at the end of the week you approve the hours. If someone only works three Saturdays a summer, that is three timesheet entries and a food hygiene certificate with an expiry date on it.
