How to Use This Template
This template creates a structured cleaning schedule for your mobile unit or commercial kitchen. It's divided into daily tasks (surface sanitising, floor sweep and mop, handwash station check, waste bin emptying), weekly tasks (deep clean of cooking equipment, fridge interior, extraction filter wash, drain cleaning), and monthly tasks (oven deep clean, behind equipment, wall and ceiling wipe, pest check). Each task has columns for cleaning product, method, and sign-off.
Assign each task to a specific person if you have staff, or block out time in your own week.
