How to Use This Template
This template helps you apply for regular market pitches, one-off events, and street food spots. It includes your business details, food hygiene rating, public liability insurance certificate number and expiry, menu description with allergen information, equipment and vehicle dimensions, power and water requirements, photographs of your setup, references from other markets or organisers, and any USP that distinguishes you from other applicants.
