How to Use This Template
This template is a comprehensive, categorised packing list for loading your vehicle before events, with the flexibility to adjust for different event types. It includes sections for cooking equipment, serving supplies, disposables and packaging, cleaning materials, signage and menu boards, electrical items (lights, card reader, chargers), paperwork and certificates, staff items, emergency kit, and personal items.
