How to Use This Template
This spreadsheet creates a centralised directory of all your business suppliers and contacts. It includes columns for supplier name, primary contact person, phone number, email, website, your account number, what they supply, delivery days and lead times, minimum order values, payment terms (proforma, 7-day, 30-day account), and notes on quality, reliability, and alternatives. There's a separate tab for emergency contacts — the suppliers who can deliver at short notice when your primary lets you down.
Add every supplier you deal with — food wholesalers, packaging companies, gas suppliers, equipment specialists, cleaning product suppliers, flower markets, hire companies, and anyone you order from regularly. Keep contact details current and note backup suppliers for your most critical items. Rate each supplier honestly so you can make informed decisions about who to use.
