How to Use This Template
This template creates a professional floral proposal and quote for event clients. It includes the client's vision and colour palette summary, a detailed description of each floral element (bridal bouquet, bridesmaids' bouquets, buttonholes, ceremony arch, table centrepieces, top table garland), stem varieties and seasonal alternatives, delivery and setup logistics, pricing breakdown by item, and a total with deposit and payment schedule.
Build the proposal from the consultation notes. Describe each arrangement in language the client can visualise — "a loose, garden-style bridal bouquet in blush, ivory, and sage, featuring David Austin roses, ranunculus, astilbe, and trailing eucalyptus" helps them picture it. Include a mood board page with reference images of similar work. Note any seasonal considerations — peonies are only available May-June, so a September wedding needs an alternative.
A beautiful, detailed floral proposal converts consultations into bookings. Couples invest emotionally in the vision you create on paper, and that emotional connection is harder to walk away from than a simple price list.
