How to Use This Template
This contract template covers the essentials you need when confirming an event booking with a client. It includes sections for both parties' details, the event date and location, a description of services, agreed pricing with deposit and balance terms, cancellation and refund conditions, and signature lines.
Start by filling in your business name and the client's details at the top. Be specific about what you're providing — "wood-fired pizza service for up to 80 guests" is better than "catering". Set out your deposit amount (most vendors ask for 25-50% upfront) and when the balance is due. The cancellation clause should state how far in advance a client can cancel and what they forfeit.
