How to Use This Template
This agreement template covers the arrangement between you and a venue or event space. It includes sections for pitch location, setup and breakdown times, power and water access, exclusivity clauses, commission or pitch fees, waste disposal responsibilities, and who's responsible for insurance and any damage to the venue.
Fill in the venue name, your allocated space, and any specific requirements — do you need a 13-amp supply? Access from 7am? A flat surface for your trailer? Spell it out so there are no surprises on the day. If you're paying a pitch fee or a percentage of takings, make sure the calculation method is clear and agreed in writing.

A written agreement means you won't turn up to find your pitch has been given to someone else, or discover you're expected to provide your own generator when you were promised a power hookup.
